At The Shade Store, I advanced from Senior Graphic Designer to Director of Creative Operations over eight years, leading the in-house and contract creative team to deliver brand-consistent design across all channels for a national luxury retailer with 130+ showrooms. As Director, I orchestrated major campaigns, lookbooks, direct mail, digital, and showroom collateral, while overseeing photo shoot production, budget management, and vendor relationships. I streamlined creative workflows, balanced high volumes of cross-department requests, and partnered directly with the CMO on initiatives ranging from campaign concepting to intellectual property management. My leadership combined hands-on production expertise with operational efficiency, driving both brand excellence and organizational scale.
